Cloud storage provided by La Quanta Technology accumulates all the data from the field and is stored to be easily accessed from your mobile/computer/tablet. The web dashboard provided generates detailed real-time information of all the process data in numerical and graphical formats. Custom dashboards provide comparative data at a glance. Furthermore, as the data is stored on the cloud, it can be viewed at any given point in the future, historically. Push notifications to the customer’s stationary and mobile devices are custom-designed. Data can be exported in .xlsx/.csv format as per the customer’s convenience.
Installation, Programming Testing, and Commissioning.
A team of experts take the responsibility to supervise the erection of the complete unit assuring the installation of the plant as per the guidelines given by the OEMs, and Checking and testing the critical equipment like compressors, turbine, refrigeration units, cold box, APPU, cryogenic pumps, valves and flanges, interconnecting piping, and utilities.
Complete supply and installation of instrumentation systems including PLC panels, cabling, instrumentation tubing, and instruments.
Instrumentation tests like cold loop checking, PLC communication, control valve operation, and equipment interlocks are tested as well along with field instruments.
Commissioning activity is taken up as per the guidelines specified in the manuals of the plant supplier usually following the sequence of, thawing and preparation for the run, plant startup, operational checks, production stabilization, obtaining purity parameters, and finally handing over the commissioned plant to the customer along with training of operators.
Operation and Maintenance.
We offer to operate and run the process plants like N2 plants (cryogenic and non-cryogenic), O2 plants (VSA and Cryogenic), SMR based H2 plants, Instrumentation, O & M of continuous running process plants, and undertake to execute annual contracts, working hand and glove with the equipment manufacturers and end-users to become that critical link satisfying the requirements which are otherwise costlier and out of the preview of both manufacturer and end-user.
Our team of highly qualified and skilled operators and engineers travel globally and are stationed at the worksite all through the duration of the contract, to take preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to make sure the plant is available all the time.
Our motto is to safeguard customers’ plant assets and run the equipment as per the guidelines of OEMs. Monitor the plants in all 3 shifts, and take corrective actions to solve the running minor problems without stopping the plant.
Be responsible for daily reports to customers, carry out scheduled maintenance activities, keep maintenance records, and coordinate with sub-vendors and OEM as and when required. We take whole ownership of the Operation and Maintenance
