La Quanta Technology [LQT Vap] Electric-heated and dry-type LPG vaporizers are smaller and more compact than water-bath type LPG vaporizers and can be installed in small spaces as they are smaller and more compact than that of the same capacity as water-bath type vaporizers, resulting in a lower cost. 
These liquid gas dry-type vaporizers do not require any heat transfer fluid. An aluminum core is used as a heat transferring medium which is heated electrically and monitored within the limits specified using a thermostat.

Key Information:
Heating Elements are controlled by a temperature controller.
The temperature sensor sends a signal to close the solenoid valve to prevent liquid penetration and overloading.
A safety relief valve protects the pressure vessel against unacceptable pressure increases.
The compartment complies with [SEP] Sound Engineering Practice requirements.
Seamless tubing without welding and seamless pipe with certified welding is used as heat exchanger. The test pressure is 35.8 bar.

Product range and availability and configurations:
The nominal capacity of the vaporizer is from 20 kg/hr to 100 kg/hr in the standard range and is custom-made for higher capacities.
The vaporizer unit is constructed for a stable LPG supply in independent gas supply systems with low capacities.

Once the required vaporizing temperature is reached, the solenoid valves open and LPG enters the vaporizer where it is converted into vapor. The modern and reliable design identifies fluctuations in vapor flow and regulates the required heating capacity accordingly.
Vaporizing is a kind of change in the state of matter. Through vaporization, the liquid absorbs heat energy and changes into a gas. In the meantime, an LPG vaporizer is a device that converts liquid LPG to gas by applying heat energy from heaters.
